  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, Cash(Below 200000/- INR). Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This does not guarantee the availability of the Products.

  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: We offer shipping at standard rates. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • International Orders: Currently we are not taking any International orders.


5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You may return Products within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned Products are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged Product, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
